- Online payment is accepted and can be VISA, Mastercard, or American Express. Mailed-in donations may be in the form of checks or money orders made payable to Catholic Charities and sent to:

- Tickets will be mailed within 10 working days.
- If an entrant’s check or credit card is dishonored by the bank or credit card company, the entry ticket(s) will be invalid unless full payment is received by Catholic Charities prior to 12 noon, November 11, 2009.
- Winner need not be present.
- The winner will receive a 2009 Nissan Altima. The car was purchased from: Grey-Daniels Nissan
The winner gives all right to Catholic Charities to publish name without any compensation. The winner will be posted on this website (www.catholiccharitiesjackson.org).
- The winner will be determined via a random drawing on November 12, 2009 at approximately 5:00 PM at Mint The Restaurant. The winner will be notified by phone and/or mail if not present. The Altima will be available for pickup on November 13. Call 601-326-3714 for more information.
- The winner is responsible for all title, sales tax, licensing, registration, license plate, luxury, income or special taxes, shipping and all other fees. Catholic Charities specifically disclaims all expressed or implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose regarding the 2009 Nissan Altima.
- All proceed benefit abused and neglected children served by Catholic Charities. Catholic Charities is a 501 © 3 non-profit organization.
- Purchasers of raffle tickets must legibly write their names on each raffle ticket. (This does not apply to tickets purchased online.) If more than one name is listed on the ticket, the first name listed shall be considered the “entrant”. Catholic Charities shall, will and can have no obligation to any person other than the entrant.
- Catholic Charities employees, spouses, and dependent children are eligible to win excluding senior management.
- Retain your raffle ticket stub. In the event of any dispute or controversy concerning the winner of the drawing, you will be required to produce your raffle ticket stub. (This does not apply to tickets purchased online.)
