Additional Inservice Information

TIME / LOCATION - All in-services will be held from 10:00a.m. – 12:00 noon in the Community Meeting Room at the Jackson Medical Mall.
TARGET AUDIENCE – The in-service provides information beneficial to a variety of social service professions. Continuing Education Creditswill be provided, so special care was taken to select topics, objectives & speakers that would be particularly appropriate for Masters Level social workers. You are encouraged to review the schedule to select which in-services would be beneficial to you.
CEUs: 2 CEUs will be awarded for each 2 hour in-service. CEUs for CCI employees will be distributed within the agency via your program’s mailbox a few days following the in-service. Certificates awarding CEUs to persons employed at other agencies will be given out at the inservice. Certificates left at the in-service will be mailed to the address given on the certificate. Certificates will be mailed twice a year, in March & August. Lost CEUs can be replaced for an additional fee of $5 per certificate.
Fee: In-services are free to CCI employees and the public. There is a $5 cash fee, due at the time of the in-service, for the 2 hour CEU’s. Catholic Charities employees are exempted from the $5 charge due to administrative fees paid by their program. Registration is not required
CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE – Certificates awarding CEUs will not be provided to persons who are more than 15 minutes late. Certificates of attendance are available in this case, but do not apply towards licensure per MS NASW standards.
