Program:   Therapeutic Foster Care Program - Meridian

Job Description:
Full-time position to provide consultation, supervision and case management services to therapeutic foster children and youth, their foster families and biological families; facilitating treatment planning and ongoing reviews; maintenance of thorough and up-to-date case records; and sharing emergency on-call duty with the other TFC personnel.  Commitment to wrap-around principles, evidence-based practices and family friendly practice a must.

Qualifications:
Master of Social Work degree with two-years post-graduate clinical experience with SED youth and their families.

Required License[s]:  LMSW or LCSW
