Job Description: To provide daily instruction and assistance to children.
1.Ensure the daily activity schedule is followed and maintained.
2.Assist with transporting children when needed.
3Assist with children on cultural and recreational outings as needed.
4.Ensure the daily lesson plans for children are maintained and implement those plans.
5.Ensure supervision of indoors and outdoors activities.

Primary Responsibilities: To assist the Health Ministry Program Specialist with administrative tasks necessary to successfully carry out the goals and missions of Catholic Charities, Inc. and the Health Ministry Program. Position Title: Immigration Case Manager
Program: Migrant Support Center (MSC)
Job Description: Catholic Charities Inc. of Jackson seeks an Immigration Case Manager, preferably with experience related to immigrant visa petitions, DACA, U-visa, adjustment of status, TPS, and citizenship cases and basic knowledge in public welfare systems. The Immigration Case Manager will work as part of a team of an Immigration Attorney (MSC Program Director), Administrative Assistant and Mississippi College School of Law students to help ensure smooth daily operations of the Migrant Support Center. Responsibilities include: case management support, client relations, preparing and filing immigration documents, interpretation services and assisting with conducting workshops on immigration matters. The hired candidate will also take a lead role in outreach to immigration ministries throughout the Catholic Diocese of Jackson and will be required to complete training for accreditation with the Bureau of Immigration Appeals (BIA).

Job Description: The Shelter for Battered Families is seeking part-time relief workers who will screen and admit emergencies during weekends, weekdays, and holidays. Duties include maintaining the day to day order of the shelter activities across the weekend including assignment of rooms, general orientation to new admissions, completion of initial paperwork, supervision of meals, maintaining and recording calls, and supervision of chores. Shift varies from Friday-4:30pm to Saturday-4:30pm and Saturday 4:30pm thru Sunday-4:30pm. Some flexibility is needed to work some daytime and holidays as needed.

Hope Haven residential program looking for a Therapeutic Assistant to provide direct care services to youth ages 12 to 17. The Therapeutic Assistant will assist in carrying out all activities and tasks with the residents that occur on the shift and relating these activities back to the youths treatment plan and to provide for their well being and safety. This is a part-time relief position. Shifts to be assigned can be any from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am.
A Bachelor Degree in a Behavioral Science is preferred with specialized training and at least one year of experience working with emotionally disturbed adolescents and their families, preferably in a residential setting. Highly qualified applicants who have not finished college but who have extensive experience will be considered.
