Therapeutic Assistant Relief Staff

Hope Haven residential program looking for a Therapeutic Assistant to provide direct care services to youth ages 12 to 17. The Therapeutic Assistant will assist in carrying out all activities and tasks with the residents that occur on the shift and relating these activities back to the youth’s treatment plan and to provide for their well being and safety. This is a part-time relief position. Shifts to be assigned can be any from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am. A Bachelor Degree in a Behavioral Science is preferred with specialized training and at least one year of experience working with emotionally disturbed adolescents and their families, preferably in a residential setting. Highly qualified applicants who have not finished college but who have extensive experience will be considered.
