Crisis Intervention Specialist

Title: Crisis Intervention Specialist Program: Hope Haven Home Based Job Description—This position is full-time. It provides family friendly mental health services for identified youth and their families. Duties include treatment planning, discharge planning, individual, family therapy and related documentation.
