Position Title: Therapist                  
 
Program:   Host Homes Program
 
 
Job Description:
 
Full-time Therapist position available in Jackson to provide individual and family therapy and case management services to host home children and youth, their foster families and biological families. Maintenance of thorough and up-to-date case records and sharing emergency on-call duty with the other Host Homes personnel. Commitment to wrap-around principles, evidence-based practices and family friendly practice a must.
 
 
Qualifications:
 
Master of Social Work degree or related social service field with license.
Two-years post-graduate clinical experience with SED youth and their families a plus.
 
 
Required License[s]: LMSW, LCSW or LPC
