Position Title: Development Specialist/Administrative Assistant

Job Description: Catholic Charities, Inc. is seeking a part-time Development Specialist/Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Development Director of the Office of Development. In addition to providing administrative support, this position will involve maintaining donor lists, organizing fundraising activities, and preparing advertising and fundraising materials.
Qualifications: Requirements include previous administrative experience including proficiency in word processing, database, presentation, and spreadsheet software. The applicant must possess excellent communication and writing skills; and time management, organizational, and public relations skills. The applicant must also possess excellent problem solving skills, effective verbal and listening skills, and good organizational skills.
Previous work experience in a fund development office is preferred.
Education: High School Diploma
