This program is designed and committed to helping victims/survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault during a critical time in their life by utilizing a trauma informed approach to shelter care. Our target population includes victims residing in Mississippi Highway Patrol District #1. The nine (9) county service area includes; Hinds, Madison, Rankin, Simpson, Issaquena, Sharkey, Yazoo, Warren, Copiah counties. Trained workers are available 24 hours a day to provide information and referral to victims of Interpersonal Violence. The Jackson Victim Services Program provides the following services:

2. Individual /Group Counseling/Group Support 

3. Case Management ,Assessment, Service Planning

4. Advocacy,  Information/referral assistance and court advocacy
